The students continued their engineering basics learning with a second round of skills rotations where their groups worked on those sections they didn’t get the chance to learn before the field trips. This helped to re-emphasize what they saw yesterday and gave them a chance to get further hands-on experience. They have also been working over the past few days with our leadership facilitator, Mr. Mike Walsh, who today taught the students about Communication, Dialogue and Discussion. During this activity the students worked in pairs to learn not only how to present themselves verbally, but also how to really, actively, listen to others.
